Kerrys Potato Salmon Cheese Chowder
4 cups of cream
3 cups milk
1 cup water
1 cup grated cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup of corn
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded carrot, or celery or ? peppers etc or a mix or blend
1 table spoon Spicy pepper or more to taste ...
4 partially baked large potatos fork should penetrate to center but not easily
1 cup or more to taste of salmon BBQ, Smoked or Baked, Teryaki good...NO LEMON or citrus
6 garlic gloves crushed chopped
Combine liquids and bring to very slow boil. Add in the butter and cheese and slowly combine the flour whisking for 5 min. Add the potato, and veggies, pepper and garlic to taste, salt if so inclined. Can use Celery salt or something instead I add more garlic and pepper. Whisk for another 5 minutes. Add the salmon. Let simmer for 20 minutes on a very low boil and whisk off the bottom frequently.
